Strategic Vision & Business Alignment establishes the enterprise context for AI adoption. Its purpose is to prevent disconnected experimentation and ensure that AI investment supports explicit strategic priorities.
5.1 Business Strategy & Objectives
AI initiatives should be traceable to business capabilities, strategic objectives, customer outcomes, operational improvements, innovation objectives or risk-reduction goals.
