Field feedback
Report where the framework was clear, ambiguous or incomplete when applied to a real programme. Practical friction is the most valuable input.
Proposed refinements
Suggest changes to layers, decision gates, scoring dimensions, readiness levels or the artifact catalogue, with the reasoning behind them.
Domain and regulatory extensions
Contribute sector-specific tailoring guidance — for example financial services, healthcare or public sector — without breaking technology neutrality.
Contribution principles
- Contributions must remain technology-neutral: no mandated vendor, model, cloud or product.
- Changes should strengthen decision quality, not add process weight.
- Every proposed addition should map to an existing layer or state clearly why a new one is needed.
- Terminology changes must be reflected consistently in the glossary.
- Breaking changes to conformance statements are reserved for major versions.
